Refund policy

1. Return Window

  • You can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
  • After 3 days, return requests cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

An item is eligible for return only if:

  • It is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • There are no stains, marks, perfume scents, or damage.
  • The item is in its original, re-sellable condition.

3. Return Process

  • Submit your return request via the Orders section on our website or contact support.
  • We will arrange a pickup from your location (where available).
  • Once the product reaches us, it undergoes a quality check (QC).
  • If the product passes QC, your refund will be processed as described below.
  • If the product fails QC, you will be given two options: to have the product returned to you or to have it disposed of. If you choose to have it returned, returning delivery charges will apply.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method or wallet used at checkout.
  • Refunds typically reflect in 5–7 working days after the item passes Quality Check (QC).

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If needed, you may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
