Refund policy
1. Return Window
- You can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
- After 3 days, return requests cannot be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
An item is eligible for return only if:
- It is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All original tags and packaging are intact.
- There are no stains, marks, perfume scents, or damage.
- The item is in its original, re-sellable condition.
3. Return Process
- Submit your return request via the Orders section on our website or contact support.
- We will arrange a pickup from your location (where available).
- Once the product reaches us, it undergoes a quality check (QC).
- If the product passes QC, your refund will be processed as described below.
- If the product fails QC, you will be given two options: to have the product returned to you or to have it disposed of. If you choose to have it returned, returning delivery charges will apply.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method or wallet used at checkout.
- Refunds typically reflect in 5–7 working days after the item passes Quality Check (QC).
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If needed, you may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
